Return and Exchange Policy

  1. Timeframe
    ● Return and exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  2. Product Condition
    ● Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
    ● Products must be in their original packaging, undamaged and unaltered.
    ● Returns without original tags or packaging will not be accepted.
  3. Usage and Hygiene
    ● Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of use.
    ● Products showing evidence of wear, washing, alterations, or damage will be rejected.
    ● For hygiene reasons, intimate wear, swimwear, and earrings are final sale item
  4. Refund Process
    ● Refunds will be initiated only after the returned item passes our quality inspection.
    ● The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after
    approval.
    ● Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  5. Exchanges
    ● Exchanges are subject to product availability.
    ● Size exchanges are permitted once per order, provided the item meets all return conditions.
  6. Sale Items
    ● Products purchased during sales are eligible for exchange only, not refunds.
    ● Exchanges must be for items of equal or greater value (customer pays the difference).
  7. Non-Returnable Items
    The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
    ● Gift cards
    ● Customized products
    ● Pre-draped sarees
  8. Purchase Location
    ● Items purchased at our retail stores can only be returned to the store of purchase.
    ● Online purchases can only be returned or exchanged through our online return process.
  9. Restocking Fee
    ● A 30% restocking fee may be applied to returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
  10. Final Sale Items
    ● Certain items may be marked as “Final Sale” and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  11. Damaged or Defective Items
    ● If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with
    photos of the damage.
  12. Right to Refuse
    ● We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our policy.
    ● By placing an order with Lalnaa, you agree to this return policy. We reserve the right to modify
    these terms at any time, so please review our policy periodically.

Refund Eligibility
● Refunds will be issued for items returned within the specified timeframe and in accordance wi
our return policy.

Refund Process
● Refunds will be initiated only after the returned item is received and passed Lalnaa’s quality
inspection.
● The quality check ensures the item is in its original condition, unworn, and undamaged with all
tags attached and in original packaging.

Refund Timeframe
● Once approved, refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days to the original payment
method.
● Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the
refund to reflect in your accoun

Refund Amount
● The refund will include the full price of the item(s) returned that passes our quality check.
● Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective
product.

Sale Items
● Products purchased during sales are non-refundable but can be exchanged for items of equal or
greater value.
● The customer is responsible for paying any price difference in case of exchanging for a
higher-priced item.

Damaged or Defective Products
● Refunds for damaged or defective products will be issued after verification by the Lalnaa tea
● Concerns must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order, accompanied by clear photos or
videos of the damage/defect.
● In exceptional cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Cancellation Refunds
● Orders canceled before shipping will be fully refunded, including any shipping charges.
● Orders canceled after shipping but before delivery will be refunded minus the shipping charges.

Partial Refunds
● Partial refunds may be offered for items returned without original packaging or with minor signs
of use, subject to management discretion.

Gift Returns
● For items received as gifts, store credit will be issued instead of a monetary refund.

Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances:
● Gift cards
● Customized or personalized items
● Intimate wear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
● Clearance items marked as “Final Sale
